“I have lived in apartments since I was 18 years old, all over San Antonio Texas. I love animals and I had two small dogs when I moved here. I moved here because my friend lived here and I needed a place closer to my job. I found that they supplied potty bags and a place to walk your dogs all over the complex, which made me very happy. They always remembered my name when I came in or called on the phone, which is impressive to say the least. When I called with a light out or what small or large issue, they were always out the same day to take care of the issue. Maintenance knows you by name also and you feel like you are a family member instead of a renter!!! I lost my job in June, 2015 and I went in and spoke with the manager, they have been very supportive. I was asking her about a smaller, maybe 1 bedroom apartment for me and my daughter, a room for her and I could live in the front room since I sleep upright in a chair since brain surgery. I told her I had applied for disability, but it would take a while to get approved, and they told me to just keep them posted and they would do what they could to help!! They have nice people that live here too!! My last apartment I lived there for over 14 years and I don't think they would have been as understanding, bigger complex.”
